Stunning hand embroidered pennant presented to Italy in occasion of the friendly match played in Genoa before RIMET World Cup 1938. Italy won 4-0 this match which was last before the RIMET world cup played in France. Pennant is of world large size with heavy brass pole. Cord is not the original one. I don’t find pictures of it took from the match. There is just only one of the Italian team in which the Italian manager Vittorio POZZO hold in his hand a rolled pennant which seems to be this one.
